More than a decade ago, a personal experience left an indelible mark on my own relationship with money, teaching me that even the experts are not immune to the grip of financial anxieties.

As a financial planner, there was an expectation that I ‘should’ have all the answers, that I ‘should’ always know what to do when it came to managing finances. But the truth is, you can’t always see the way forward when you’re immersed in the very challenges you’re trying to overcome. The struggle is real, and it can happen to anyone.

So, if you’re reading this, I want you to know that you’re not alone. We can all face fears that hinder our personal growth. With the right mindset and proven strategies, we can conquer them and continue thriving.

New clients often share their money worries with me. I’m always saddened to hear anyone tell me they have lain awake at night, anxiously pondering questions like: “Will I ever have enough money to retire?” or “What if an unexpected emergency drains my savings?”
